The locked fee sheet
Fee locked in under 60 seconds — on two phones.
Agent generates the sheet from a country rules file. Client reads it, enters a demo OTP and acknowledges. Both phones compute the same SHA-256 fingerprint. After that, any other commission number is rejected.

2Two devices: agent shows a QR / link carrying the whole sheet; client reads back a 6-digit code.
All names, prices, licence numbers and registrations are fictional. Unverified rules carry an "Unverified" tag and are never enforced.
